I've done my best to do the homework on the front end so that you don't have to. This list includes products that I've used and recommended, websites that I've found interesting and/or helpful in some way, books that are health related or not that I feel are both informative and fun and ultimately lists of bibliographies that cover everything from cardiovascular to nutrition to a hodgepodge of topics. These citations are meant to make it easier for you to be able to read the research that has been put forward for collective review. Making an informed decision and becoming "health literate" is crucial to taking the best care of yourself and your family. This resource list is constantly updated.
